Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

At GR Collection we want you to feel confident in every purchase, whether it is a ready-to-wear piece or something made especially for you. This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work. It sits alongside your rights under Irish and EU consumer law, which always apply.

Ready-to-Ship Items Bought Online

For ready-to-ship items purchased through our website, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you do not need to give us a reason.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item. To be eligible, it should be unworn and unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging where possible. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are just outside the 14 days, contact us anyway. We are often able to help.

Custom, Made-to-Order and Wedding Items

Custom, personalised, made-to-order and wedding pieces are created specifically for you. Because they are made to your own specifications, they are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns, and the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to them. This is standard for bespoke work and reflects the fact that each piece is unique to you.

This does not affect your rights if something goes wrong. If a custom or made-to-order item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are fully protected and we will put it right. Please see "Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items" below.

Before we begin any custom or made-to-order work, we confirm the details with you so that we are both clear on exactly what is being made.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can and we will sort it out. This applies to everything we sell, including custom and made-to-order pieces and sale items.

Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair, a replacement, or a refund in line with your rights under Irish and EU consumer law. Where a return is needed for a faulty or incorrect item, we cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

To begin, contact us at refunds@grcollection.ie with your order number and a short note about what you would like to do.

Please wait for us to confirm before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted, and we want to make sure your return reaches us safely. Once your return is approved, we will send you clear instructions and the return address:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

For cancellations made under the 14-day cooling-off period, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or from the date you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.

Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and it has not arrived, please contact us at refunds@grcollection.ie.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original following the steps above and place a new order for the piece you want. If you would like help with sizing or choosing an alternative, we are glad to advise.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items bought online keep the same 14-day cooling-off right as full-price items, and your rights around faulty goods always apply. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Buying From Us in Person

When you buy from us in person at an event or mela, please choose carefully and ask us anything you need at the stall. Cancellation rights can still apply to some in-person purchases depending on the circumstances, so if you have concerns after an event, contact us and we will confirm what applies to your order. Your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed items always apply in full, so please keep your receipt.

A Note on Your Purchase

Every GR Collection order supports our wider purpose. Twenty percent of our annual net profits go towards women's education, safety and opportunity. Thank you for being part of that.
